Tests run

The following data validation tests are run (in this order) prior to generating any references on DataStore. All validation tests must pass before any further actions are possible.

Tests are passed with a green check mark (✅)and fail with a red X (❌).

• Check that the reference type is valid check_ref_type
• Check that the reference type is supported check_ref_type_supported
• Check that all reference types within a sheet are the same check_refs_identical
• Check that each file path supplied in the file_path column contains files check_files_exist
• Checks whether the total number of files to upload exceeds a threshold check_file_number
• Checks whether the total file size to upload exceeds a threshold check_file_size
• Checks whether the files 508 status has been correctly specified check_508_format
• Checks for duplicate reference titles check_unique_title
• Checks that all values in the begin_content_date column is in ISO 8601 format check_start_date
• Checks that all values in the end_content_date column is in ISO 8601 format check_end_date
• Checks that for each reference the content end dates occur after content start dates check_end_after_start
• Checks that all dates occurred in the past check_dates_past
• Checks that author emails are valid check_author_email
• Checks that all authors have valid ORCIDs check_authors_orcid
• Checks that all author ORCIDs are properly formatted check_orcid_format
• Checks that all editor emails are valid check_editor_email
• Checks that all references have a valid license type check_license_type
• Checks that all references have a valid CUI designation (including “PUBLIC”) check_CUI_label_valid
• Checks that the CUI label and license are compatible check_CUI_license_match
• Checks that each reference has one or more valid Producing Units check_prod_units
• Checks that each reference has one or more valid Content Units check_content_units check_projects_numeric check_projects_valid
